Via utilising smart utility meters, Switch can inform users of their consumption and owed accounts. Invoice payment and prepaid options through the Switch mobile app are also facilitated.

The Switch mobile app can also host a variety of smart device functionality such as burst detection on smart water meters and remote geyser control.
